From memory...

Starts at 9-9:30ish with buffet breakfast then theory lesson.

From 10:30 onwards, you'll be on the track pretty much all day until 5:30ish.
Buffet lunch and afternoon tea break also included.

A car will be given to you and 1 other participant for the entire day (i.e. 2 participants per car).
The 2 participants basically take turns sitting on driver's seat and passenger seat during the training exercises.
There's a walkie-talkie inside each car for the instructor to communicate with you.

You'll receive training on emergency braking, emergency lane change, oversteer/understeer, racing lines, cornering, slalom.
If you've ever played GT4/GT5 on the Playstation, it's similar to the exercises you have to do to gain your licenses.

In the afternoon, you'll get some introductory hot-lap training following the instructor's car.
You can drive as fast as you think you are able.
The instructor in front of you will speed up and slow down according to your speed.
The instructor will see you in his mirror and tell you what you are doing right or wrong.

It ends with a passenger lap in a M5 / M6 driven around the lap by the instructor, then the debrief session where you receive your certificates.
